About

Based in

TOKYO & ZÜRICH

Saki is always searching for ways to design in flexible and open manners, while exploring ideas out of architecture discipline.

By setting those ideas as co-designer, her intentionally incomplete design is weaved with them, and becomes a project.

A design that plays human cognition has a certain aesthetic.

Having foreign concepts brings a new realization.

Let uncontrollable force optimize a design naturally.

Saki attained her Bachelor’s degree with distinction on her diploma at the University of Tokyo in 2019. She started her master’s program also at the University of Tokyo in April 2019 and has been doing her exchange for one year since September 2019. Saki studies digital fabrication technologies from design and project management perspectives. In February 2020 she joined Gramazio Kohler as a student assistant.
